"Hap" Baker Range, Westminster, MD 21157. This facility is operated by the County Dept. of Recreation. Hours vary throughout the year but the range is open every day except Christmas and New Year's Day. Daily passes are $10 for county residents and $15 for others. Season passes are available at $40 and $70 respectively (these prices were in effect November 2005 and are subject to change). Eye and ear protection is mandatory. The range is located off Route 140 just north of Reese Road in Westminster. Use the entrance to Carroll County Northern Landfill.
